We’re looking forward to our church family camp-out from June 27 – 30 near Quincy, CA in the Sierra Nevada. Camping options include Tent camping, Cabin camping, and RV hookups. We’ll be camping the nights of June 27, 28 and 29. We will be returning home on June 30.
For information about the area we’ll be camping, click here.
There are three options with different levels of pricing. Prices reflect the total cost for all 3 nights, kayak/canoe use, evening kitchen use, game room, and overall camp fees.
$145 per family for a Tent site (up to 6 people)
$175 per family RV (only 4 full hook-up RV sites, but more RVs can come).
$295 per family Cabin ( Cabins sleep up to 8).
Bathrooms – Cabins do not have their own restrooms, but men’s and women’s restroom and shower facilities are available in a separate building. There is electricity available for hair dryers etc.
Activities – There’s a Lake for Kayaking, Paddleboarding, swimming, as well as a sports field for games during the day. Also included in the camp price is canoe/kayak rentals, and a game room.
- Fishing- The Lake will be restocked, so bring your fishing gear (no license required). A fee of $5 per 2 fish caught will be charged, as this will go towards keeping the Lake full of fish for years to come.
Meals – The camp price includes the use of the kitchen in the evenings. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, we’ll prepare dinners potluck style as a group, and then have everybody do breakfast and lunch on their own during the day.
We plan to do a morning devotional and have fireside time as a group each night with a time of worship and fellowship.
