This Word was given on October 16, 2011 at the end of the meeting with our guest and friend Shawn Bolz. We really feel that the timing of this word is now, and we wanted to highlight it in the lifeblog. Please take a few minutes to read it and allow the Lord to stir your faith!

“I saw this church.  I saw you guys being a bridge to what was in the past like you guys have been a bridge into the new for what was.  Like you guys have been into what is like just different moves of God around the world.   You guys have been a bridge into what is for this region, but you are about to be a bridge for what is to come.  God is releasing a forerunner spirit on you as a church to forerun some of the themes that God calls precious especially to influence influencers like Daniel or Esther or Joseph.  They influenced kings.  They influenced govenors.  They influenced some of the most powerful people in society.  And God wants to make you a bridge for influencers.  He wants to make you a bridge to influence greatly.   I just pray over you right now that you would be a bridge for what is to come.

Some of you are in for the most incredible changes and transformation in your life, and this whole church has been in a cocoon.  It has been in a metamorphosis.  God is about to let you burst out of that cocoon.  Some of you when you burst out of the cocoon as a butterfly you actually sit in the sun for a minute.  You bask in the Sun for a minute to get your strength because they literally only come out of their cocoon in the daytime.  Then they sit in the sun until they have strength to fly because the radiance of the sun empowers their energy to fly,  and God is about to have you burst out of your cocoon.  There is going to be a move of renewal there is going to be a move of the Spirit.  I don’t mean renewal like it has to be manifestations, but there is going to be a move of renewing—everything that has to be renewed.  It is not just going to be for you but people who have been Spiritually homeless in this region are going to come in because they are metamorphisizing too and they are going to come in at just the right time to be part of this energizing. There is an energizing, a reinvigorating, an excitement that is going to come to many of you that you haven’t felt in years.  It is like the past hope, the past faith that you had 15 years ago and 5 years ago and 10 years ago for moves.  It is going to come in fullness, in a wave of fullness, to be like the wind beneath your wings.

God is metamorphisizing and there is going to be signs of the butterfly over this region.  I prophesize as a prophet there are going to be signs of butterflies.  Something is going to happen with the migration pattern of butterflies over Novato.  Something is going to happen right here.  There is something in the natural that is going to happen.  I am not sure if it is this Spring or next Spring, but there is something about butterflies .  You are going to get signs of butterflies in this church because you are changing and you are in the finishing season.  The finishing works of the change that God has been preparing you to be a great source of blessing to this whole region.

There are people in this church that will run for politics.  There are people in this church who will have incredible technology businesses–people already do have these things but there is more.

There is a multiplication of business anointing for this church.  There is going to be a real influence with their finances.  There is a missions movement on this church that is going to pick up.  There is even going to be some sort of missions school because there are going to be so many people that want to go to the nations through this organization and this structure.

There is going to be anointing that people will say we want to go see Heidi Baker and someone else will say that they are doing the same thing in Novato.  They are sending people like the spirit of Iris Ministries through Novato.  They are going to be going all around the world.  There is going to be so much stuff that picks up and starts because the wind of God is about to blow and it is a migration of butterflies.  It is not just one, it is not just the church’s butterfly, it is a migration of powerful people who are emerging.

So God where some of us have been in a season where it is like we haven’t been able to see our destiny, or it has been we haven’t been in the full excitement.  We feel we have been stuck in one place for a long time.  Let us see that as a cocoon.  Let us see that as a good process.  Let us see that as you protecting us.  You showing us a season of nurturing so that we would be ready.  If you can relate to that word, just wave your hand.  I just release over you a refirement a refirement a refirement of hope.  I even pray that there would be today, this morning, this week there would be a piercing in that cocoon.  A piercing of light that would come in as you start to come out—llumination over the love of God over man.

I saw Christmas time for this church.  I heard the Lord singing over you and it was this morning while I was in the shower and he was singing  “Do you see what I see?  Do you hear what I hear?”  There is something about the end of this year, the Lord ending this year with a prophetic move.  You are going to start seeing and hearing the Lord singing over you “Do you see what I see?  Do you hear what I hear?”  And there is a Spirit of hope that is being birthed in a new way inside of you.  I’m telling you as a church, as a corporate people you sing Do you see what I see?  And he is excited.  Do you hear what I hear?

God I thank you that change is a catalyst for glory.  So God everyone of us that are resistant to change we say oops sorry.   We embrace it this morning, and we just say Lord change us for your glory.  Change us for your glory even more.  Change us for your glory.  We are willing to become more for your glory.  We are willing to become more for your glory.

The last thing I want to say is to the pastoral team and specifically you guys.  I feel like there is I saw a very clear like modern computer map being downloaded to you.  It wasn’t like an old atlas .  It had everything like Google Maps.  Like you could zoom in and see houses and streets.  I feel like the Lord is going to give you such incredible direction in the region that people are going to come to you as a source of this direction because they need to fine tune this vision—and part of it is prophetic anointing but part of it is the strategy that he has literally gridded out this area in the Spirit—and you guys are going to be able to see how the region lies.  You are going to be able to see what the Lord is doing in this whole region, the Bay Area, Northern California.

There is some sort of authority that is coming on your team to understand the mapping of the Lord.  To understand the mapping out of spiritual purpose and I feel like the Lord is saying that he is going to open blind eyes but it is strategy.  It is blindness a  strategy through people coming here so you have a lot of pastors coming to events and classes and things that you are doing because he is going to open blind eyes where their  blind to strategy to enter into the day.  I saw the bridge for what is to come.  So, you’ll be a bridge for people who have been in the old wineskin, you’ll be a bridge for people that need the current wineskin, but for what is to come you are going to be a bridge for people who have come to those two bridges into the new.

I feel like the Lord is saying he is making this not to be a watering hole but a strategy vision center, and he is going to start investing into your leadership growth with dynamics that are so progressive.   It was so computerized, so I feel like the Lord is saying it is that advanced.  It is going to require even new technology to do the new work.  There is even new technology to do the new work.  Even your internet your website and what you are going to be doing with your video and media.

I feel like in the next five years people will not even recognize this church.   On the inside I saw a face lift in the church, in the inside sanctuary.  There is something about the creative anointing that is married to technology that God is going to impart to you as a people, and you are going to go through such a shift structurally in your leadership.  You are going through it, but it is not like an uprooting shift, and it is just like a not a replacement, it is just an enhancement.  You are going to go through such a shift, a strategy that it is going to be worn in the building.  It is going to be worn in the way you do media.  It is going to be worn everywhere.  People will look to this church as a model for what is to come.  People will look to it as a model for what is to come.  So make the changes and take the jumps.  And even some of the priorities you will have to set will require finances.  God will, as you cast the vision, God will bring in the finances.  There are people that will, literally from your own body, will make the money that is needed to finance these projects.  The Lord will give your body the ability to produce the finances that are needed.  Some of the people that are needed to produce the finances are creative people, so the Lord wants to give creative strategies on how to produce finances to creative people.”
