Church Camp Out Pilot Lake – June 18-21, 2025
We’re looking forward to our church camp-out from June 18-21 near La Porte, CA in the Sierra Nevada. Camping options include Tent camping, Cabin camping, and RV hookups. We’ll be camping the nights of June 18, 19, and 21. We will be returning home on June 21.
There are three options with different levels of pricing. Prices reflect the total cost for all 3 nights, kayak/canoe use, use of refrigerators (but not the kitchen), game room, and overall camp fees.
Current Pricing
- $315 per family for a Tent site (up to 6 people)
- $350 per family RV (only 4 full hook-up RV sites, but more RVs can come).
- $450 per family Cabin ( Cabins sleep up to 6).
- $150 solo Tent Camper
Information + Details
Bathrooms – Cabins do not have their own restrooms, but men’s and women’s restroom and shower facilities are available in a separate building. There is electricity available for hair dryers etc.
Activities – There’s a Lake for Kayaking, Paddleboarding, swimming, as well as a sports field for games during the day. Also included in the camp price is canoe/kayak rentals, and a game room.
Fishing– The Lake will be restocked, so bring your fishing gear (no license required). A fee of $5 per 2 fish caught will be charged, as this will go towards keeping the Lake full of fish for years to come.
Worship – We plan to do a morning devotional and have fireside time as a group each night with a time of worship and fellowship.
