Daniel and Noreen McGaffee have faithfully served in ministry for decades, beginning as lead pastors at Capay Assembly of God from 1989–1992. During that time, they sensed God’s call to the nations—leading them to Africa in 1995 as Assemblies of God World Missionaries.

For nearly 20 years, they ministered in Namibia, Kenya, and Malawi, focusing on Bible college training and evangelism, equipping leaders and sharing the gospel across multiple nations.

In 2014, the Lord led them to transition into U.S. Missions, where they began pioneering a Chi Alpha campus ministry at California State University, Chico. Their heart is to reach college students in a region with great spiritual need—where many campuses lack a gospel presence.

Their mission is clear: to rescue, secure, equip, and send—believing that through the power of the Holy Spirit, students will be transformed by the love of God and sent out to impact others for Christ.
